@daddle @TPFLegionaire thank you both for your help. I did manage to open the laptop to upgrade the RAM. It was necessary to use a plastic pry tool such as this one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Smart-Opening-Plastic-iPhone-Samsung/dp/B00M63PAH2/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=plastic+prying+tool&qid=1590103205&refinements=p_76%3A419158031&rnid=419157031&rps=1&sr=8-5) to unclip the the clips on the inside of the case without causing damage.

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice/experience in opening the medion 6645, I can spot 10 screws but removing them does not appear to open the loosen the case? am I missing something?
