Why can't the washing machine door be closed?
Answer
The washing machine door lock consists of several parts: the handle, the closing hook and the electronic control.
If one of the three parts or the door lock itself is defective, the door will not close. Make sure that there is no laundry or protruding part preventing the door from closing. If any of the above parts are broken off, this is an indication of improper use and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
