Check the following points:

• The door lock is only unlocked approx. 2 minutes after the end of the programme.
• As long as there is still water in the appliance, the door remains locked. Therefore, restart the pump-down programme.
• To ensure that there is no more residual water in the machine, open the cover and remove the filter, which is usually located at the bottom of the front, so that residual water can drain off.
• When the machine is switched off and disconnected from the power supply, the door should open after about 5 minutes.
