Hi @Dieke ,

This issue could be caused by several factors, and I can guide you through some potential causes and solutions:

Possible Causes for Horizontal Lines:

  1. Loose Ribbon Cables: Ensure all ribbon cables are securely connected.
  2. Damaged Ribbon Cables: Check if any ribbon cables are damaged from the backlight replacement.
  3. Misaligned Polarizing Film: Make sure the polarizing screens are aligned correctly.
  4. Backlight Diffuser Issues: Verify the backlight diffuser and LED panel are aligned properly.
  5. Faulty T-Con Board: If the T-Con board is not working, it could cause lines.

Quick Fixes:

  1. Recheck Connections: Double-check all connections and ensure they are secure.
  2. Align Components: Ensure the polarizing film and backlight are aligned correctly.
  3. Adjust Settings: Try adjusting the brightness and backlight settings.

If none of these solutions resolves the issue, there might be an underlying issue with the display panel itself, or the repair process may have inadvertently caused some damage.

Kind regards
