MEDION X14339: How to disable USB (dis)connection notifications at startup?

I have a MEDION X14339 (MD30059) Android TV.
What is the system app name that generates the USB connection/disconnection notifications at startup/wakeup of tv after standby?
How can I disable these notifications?
Also at startup my TV always asks me to confirm what default app should open the USB?
I always click cancel, but this message keeps popping up at every startup/wakeup?
The Lexar USB is formatted as extension of the internal memory and always keeps plugged in.

could you please give us an update ob´n your situation? AFAIK the connection notifications are generated by the core system and will stop, if you once choose an appropriate app for your USB connection.
