Medion MD32190 shows splash screen and nothing after

When starting the tv the Medion splash screen shows for a couple of seconds before the tv shuts off, then when you press the power button on the remote or tv the IR sensor light turns off, the power supply sound changes and nothing else happens, no backlight, no sound, only the red light on the opt out stays on. We've already replaced the main board thinking that was the problem but the problem doesn't change.

Measurements of what we assume is the nr 1 pin on the power supply output measures 21.8V. The samsung branded card (display) goes up to 11V when the splashscreen shows up and goes down to 0.2V when the display turns off.

We have a small pulse of ethernet activity during the splash screen and nothing afterwards.

The display shows up on a laptop.

Should we replace the power supply?

Hi @YB ,

from your explanation we also would assume the power supply of your TV to be defective. Did you already open up a service ticket in the meantime?
