This TV set has very unpleasant (squeaking) sound.
At some frequencies plastic housing resonates, giving unbearable experience.

The TV is still under warranty.
I've been trying to get a serviceman on site for a month, without luck so far.
I'm just exchanging mails with local office. They are asking me to stay patient ;=)))
Any advice how to solve the problem?

have you tried performing the first time installation?
If so, it looks like you will need to have your TV assessed by a technician.
Have you gotten any reply from the local office?
If not, please send me a private message with your customer number and I'll monitor you case closely.

Hi,
it took me 5 weeks to get information (name) of local repair shop.
As soon as I contacted them, they came to my place and understood the problem (back plate / was resonating at some frequencies - design flaw). T
hey took the TV and made a report to Medion, as fault was irreparable.
It took me another 6 weeks of "negotiations" to resolve the issue.
Two days ago I finally got a full refund, so case closed ;=)))
I understand that things break, but Medion red tape is extremly slow!!!!!
