LIFETAB E1051X Firmware V1.13

Hallo allerseits,

wir haben das Update auf die Firmware Version 1.13 für unser LIFETAB E1051X veröffentlich. Die Release Notes findet Ihr weiter unten.

Entgegen unseren üblichen Gepflogenheiten ging das Update bereits vor Weihnachten in eine stille Betaphase und ist jetzt allgemein verfügbar.

Wir freuen uns wie immer über Euer Feedback in diesem Thread hier.

It is an OTA Update which  comes automatically Over The Air onto your Tablet. But you can make a manual check in Settings  or with the Updater App.

But the Update is 1 1/2 year old. I guess it's already installed. Check in Settings ->  About my tablet

Thanx for the info. The build on the tablet is E1051X_20170622_V1.6. IM guessing so OTA update has ever reached this tablet. So where can i just download the latest firmware for this tablet? Modelnumber is E10511 and when i search the support database that number cant be found. Its has been quite a frustrating job until now to just download some new firmware.

also could u tell me the name of the medion updater app, cannot seem to find it in the app store. And this version update 1.13, is that the most recent one?

Go to Settings --> About tablet --> System Updates --> In the top you see Current build version

then scroll down to Manual Updates --> Check online...

The Updater App is in the App drawer ( Button with six dots), there you can scroll down to 'U', or you enter in the search topline -->  Update.
