can't start Smartphone Medion Life X5004 anymore

Hello,

I can't start my Smartphone Medion Life X5004 anymore (was charging and battery was more than 80%).

Does anybody have a trick to restart it otherwise than using the normal procedure ? Thank you.

Hi @Bartho,

Have you tried while the phone is powered off to hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time. This should bring up a menu where you can access recovery mode.

If you are not able to do this then you will need to contact Medion on 0333 321 3106 where they can book your unit in for a free assessment.

I have medion phone. Now it can not be opened. I tried all what I can do. But still not solved. It says in the screen "insdtast adgangskoden for beskyttelse af persnlige oplysninger for at laase op" in Danish language.

have you set any password on your phone?

Else, what have you already tried to do so we won't give you redundant adive?

Can you provide the MSN number of your phone as well?
