Hi @AndySol,
I dont have any experience with this specific app, but generally you should be able to erase any info by going to settings > apps > ActionView 2 > storage, and then choose clear cache. If that doesn't solve it, go into manage space, and erase all data.
The only other thing I can think of is to remove the app completely and reinstall it.
