Bios for Medion E7218

I would like to upgrade my Medion's E7218 BIOS to a newer version so I can upgrade my processor to i5-3340M(Ivy Bridge) from my current i3-2310M(Sandy Bridge). My current BIOS version is 0.45 and when I placed the newer Processor in the socket, it didn't start. 

Can someone provide me with a newer BIOS? I can't seem to find it. It is an American Megatrends 0.45 now, and I have my original processor inside, the i3-2310M.

I need also the BIOS update for Medion Akoya E7218, I also want to upgrade my processor to a i5-3340M and it doesn't work, i tested and it keeps playing dead. he is lying
