BIOS file for Erazer Crawler E10

Hi

my son's Crawler E10 MD61861add3 / MSU 30033530 has a conpletely blank display and no video output on either the hdmi or mini dispaly port when connected to external monitor. The E10 was purchased new 3 years ago , has been well looked after but  now out of warranty. I have been advised that it's possible that the bios is either faulty or corrupted , either way the device is currently useless. When power button is pressed it lights up and the keyboard backlighting slowly sequences through various colours. I have tried using key sequences to try when powering up such as pressingf F2 ( or F10 or DEL ) on/off constantly but nothing appears on dispaly. I have also located and disconnected/wait/ reconnect  RTC battery in hope of resetting bios to default but nothing. I would like to try and reflash the bios chip using an external programmer connected via cable clip directly onto bios chip but I need the actual binary bios file in order to proceed. I have tried contacting UK service but they seem reluctant to provide me with the file and said that I should send device for them to assess/ repair. I'm really disapponted that Medion are so unhelpful esecially as the device is dead and out of warranty. I have tried residual power drainging by disconnecting battery and mains adapter and holding down power button for 30 secons but whatever I do makes no differnce. There is no bios file available on Medion site just all the drivers package.

Can anyone provide the binary for this device in order for me to try, it would be much appreciated.
