Hello,
I have a Medion Erazer P6605 laptop and I deal with some problems with the touchpad.
I want to turn off the touchpad often when I play games or write something and it's a little bit anoying because it wont turn off.
1. I have the Fn key combination for turning off the touchpad -> not working.
2. I don't have the options in the Touchpad settings to turn it off.
3. In the Additional mouse options I don't have the tab for the touchpad.
4. In the device manager - Mice and other pointing devices I can't see the Elan or Synaptics driver even with "Show hidden devices".
Please help me, I tried almost all the tutorials I have found on the internet. I don't know what to do.
Thank you !

Hello @Y0PJusTME and welcome
if the FN+F1 key combination (page 1-18) does not work, reinstall the hotkey drivers:
http://www1.medion.de/downloads/index.pl?op=detail&id=18548&type=treiber&lang=uk
Here is the touchpad driver:
http://www1.medion.de/downloads/index.pl?op=detail&id=18555&type=treiber&lang=uk
Did you install the control center? you can also switch off the touchpad via this (page 1-12):
"Control Center
Press the Fn + Esc key combination, or double-click the icon in the notification area of the taskbar to toggle the
Control Center on/off. The Control Center gives quick access to frequently used controls and enables you to quickly
turn the camera/Touchpad on/off."
Control Center:

or turn off via "Touchpad Settings" (page 2-15)
"You can disable the Touchpad by clicking the Touchpad button to turn it off."
your pc is based on a Clevo N857EJ1, here is a useful user manual (load manual.pdf):

Hello Fishtown,
The same problems occurred on my laptop. The solvation you suggested above, are they applicable on the same machine (P6615 - MD61570) but operating under Win-11?
Looking forward!!
