I own a MEDION Erazer X7849 (MD60316) laptop, currently running BIOS version 1.05.02RGME5_00006 dated 07/25/2017.

I would like to request:

1. The latest BIOS version available for my model.
2. Detailed instructions on how to safely update the BIOS.

Please note: I want to ensure I use the correct BIOS version to avoid any risk of damaging my laptop.

There's an update, version 1.05.08RGME6, available from the Medion service page (supply date: March 7, 2018).

You can also find the installation instructions there under the "info" button.
