The Medion B40H6-EM (typically found in Erazer or Akoya systems) is a proprietary OEM motherboard that generally does not receive BIOS updates for Resizable BAR support. While some later B460-based Medion boards received updates, the B40H6-EM lacks an official firmware release from Medion to enable this feature. You can check for any rare updates by entering your PC's MSN number (found on the sticker on the back or bottom of the case) on the Medion Service Portal, but if no BIOS is listed there, the feature is unfortunately not supported for your specific model.
