Bij herinstallatie van windows via de CD-drive werd de CD te vroeg verwijderd.  Nu werkt de CD drive niet meer.Waarschijnlijk een beschadigd stuurprogramma. waar vind ik hiervoor het geschikt stuurprogramma

There is no separate stuurprogramma voor CD-drives. Windows himzelf heeft daarvor basic drivers. 

I would doa complete Windows shutdown (Shut down with shift tab pressed together), Swith on again with the F2 voor notebooks, Del voor Desktop models  pressed, in UEFI deactivate Fastboot and reboot. Then the cd-drive will be reinitialized and should be listed fully functional in device-manager.

OK it does not work ! I hear a click but the CD do not open
