Touchpad driver needed for Medion Akoya E15433 (MD64180)

Last days a'm try to clean install windows 10 on notebook but driver for touchpad not found. I'm try to install drivers from windows update, SDI driverpacks and manualy install random versions of Synaptics and ELAN touchpad drivers.

After windows update driver installation i'm found one of incorect driver - his name is "I2C HID Device" and ID "ACPI\ven_syn&dev_a360". In mevmgmt.msc I'm fount that this device not strat wint error code 10. Code 10 it's not correct driver. I'm change installed driver to many other from synaptics touchpad drivers? start syntp service manyaly and press Fn+Esc to enable or disable touchpad.

Finaly I'm found driver from synaptics version 19.5.1.125 named "Synaptics HID-compatible touch pad Driver". His installed successfully and no errors in devmgmt, byt touchpan not worked.

I'm download drivers for this notebook from official page, but touchpad driver not present.

In another manufacters (etc ACER notebooks) i'm solve similar problem in BIOS as change toichpad mode from I2C to PS2 mode, but i'm not found solution of this on MEDION bios.

If anyone have an solution for this problem -please refer me to this.

Hello @ixeldino  and welcome/ Ласкаво просимо
Have you ever tried the Medion service app? carry out the system check/individual diagnosis there

https://www.medion.com/gb/service/service-app

But delete the touchpad drivers first
before you carry out the diagnosis

I'm curious to see if he finds something

bye Fishtown

I tried using the Medion service app. The program showed that there is a problem with the touchpad, but it was not possible to solve this problem. Actually, in the list of devices in the Medion service app, the touchpad was displayed in gray and it was not possible to interact with this control element in the program.
In a week, the problem was not solved. I no longer have the laptop. I returned it to the owner and believe that in this particular case the device is faulty.

Will the owner take this laptop from Ukraine to Germany to get it returned or repaired on the spot? I doubt it.

Thanks for the advice to everyone who responded.
