I want to find out how much ram my laptop/notebook can handle, it originally cam with 4gb of ram.

I want to know how much i can upgrade it.

It is the attached  MSN number entered on the service page which tells you how much RAM came with your Laptop first.

Many E14409 came originally with  8 GB.
