Can anyone tell me how many fans there are on the Medion S4216?

Welcome to our community.

 

As far as I can see, this unit is equipped with one main fan which is accessible by removing the maintenance lid.

You may try and clean the fan, which makes perfect sense as this notebook is about 6-7 years old.
