I just received a Windows Update titled "AMD - Firmware - 10.0.0.4" which has moved my BIOS up a version - it now reads A6R618_V0.17.4_M00P1T0G0. This does not seem to be listed on the support page for the device. 

(Edit: EC version is unchanged. BIOS Build Date and Time reads 03/08/2021 11:26:15)

Do you know if there is a changelog?

I brought this laptop for a family member and they have just phoned to say the keyboard isnt working properly. I've had a look and its defiantly faulty. Random keys operative others and some dont work at all!

Contacted Aldi where I bought it from they are happy to refund but cannot replace and with it being so hard to get hold of good laptops atm does anyone know if Medion will repair it?

This was before the firmware update as that was waiting in the windows update list when i was trying to figure out if the keyboard was some sort of software or hardware fault.
