I brought this laptop for a family member and they have just phoned to say the keyboard isnt working properly. I've had a look and its defiantly faulty. Random keys operative others and some dont work at all! Contacted Aldi where I bought it from they are happy to refund but cannot replace and with it being so hard to get hold of good laptops atm does anyone know if Medion will repair it? This was before the firmware update as that was waiting in the windows update list when i was trying to figure out if the keyboard was some sort of software or hardware fault.

Got this laptop a couple of days ago but finding the fan annoying, its not overly loud just has an annoying tone to it. Is there any software to either undervolt the CPU or make the fans kick in later as the temperatures are not really high when the fan kicks in. Dont really want to return the laptop in the current climate as finding a replacement will be difficult
