Help... before I throw it out the window!
Got the E10 yesterday, brand new out the box , followed the process power cable in then approx 8 seconds then switch on. No matter what I try the battery will not start to charge and I presume its stuck on transport mode but I cant find anyway to get it working now.
Only powers on with mains cable , battery not charging... any ideas before I either throw it off out the window or return it (which I really don't want to do)

If you do sort it - let me know how as I want to actually keep the laptop , love it apart from its fault 😭

i have a background in IT since the late 80s, retired now but still have a few tricks up my sleeve, I have lots of chargers around the house, possibly a medion brand too, I'll let you know, I searched "refurbished laptops" & this came up along with lots of other names, spoke to Amazon earlier & they said it's brand new, 🤔, anyway I'll report back

gone back to Amazon uk today, free returns service is very efficient in fairness, replacement arriving in a few days, fingers crossed 🤞

Both mine have been returned today and no option to supply a 3rd - let me know if your send one works

Replacement E10 arrived today, charging fine, no issues, same MSN 30033537 as the one I sent back, we did wait a few extra secs over the 8sec after connecting the AC power & waited to see the power & battery leds turn on before turning the laptop on.
