what is the current BIOS version you are running? 

 

there is a driver pack on the Medion service site that may have an updated version https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/30037639

In the driver pack there is no file for update BIOS.
The version that my laptop is running is EM_MTL819S_V1.0.18
