Hi @donky ,
currently Medion does not offer links to drivers and firmwares updates.
It recommends using the update feature on Windows 10 because it makes it easier to find the latest software, firmware updates and new hardware drivers, since It detects most devices automatically and installs the necessary drivers, software and firmware updates when you're connected to the Internet.

Hi @donky ,
you should be able to find the drivers listed on your Windows 10.
Go to Device Manager -> Network Adapters and then expand this section
Right click on each driver listed and select the "update driver" option
When asked, select the automatic update option, so W10 will go to manufacturer's website and look for the best driver available
Alternatively, your network adapter is the WLAN Intel AC3165 SP AC+BT D2WG, so you can go to Intel website and find the drivers for it.
The link for the UK driver website is here
Please let me know if it has solved the issue.

No, and I don´t understand why is there any drivers. I have formated my drive and backup is removed so I can not take factory install. This is NOT old machine and I don´t understand, why there is NOT any drivers which can be used for win10.

I have tried everything, windows update is not giving me any drivers. And I have visited the manufacturer's website here on medion only documents to download, which I can not use! Weird and so uproffesionall to remove drivers from it for this model!
