Need for installation CD of Medion NAS Server

I got a Medion NAS Server (MEDION® P89625 (MD 86517) 1T from a friend who is leavibg in germany but without any software or installation CD. I know it is old.

Can anyone please share a link to where I can download the Installation CD software or how can i access the device!

Unfortunately due to the age of these devices  from 2012 it is highly unlikely that Medion will have these disks available.

When searching with the MSN number for one of these devices Search 50043019 | MEDION SERVICE SHOP on the spares site its shows no parts or disks.

Also FYI regarding this device and its cloud storage-

Western Digital continuously evaluates and improves our hardware, software, and services as security standards evolve. As a result, we've determined that it’s necessary to end support for prior generations of My Cloud OS, including My Cloud OS 3. You should act now to protect your content.

On January 15, 2022, support for prior generations of My Cloud OS will end. You must upgrade to My Cloud OS 5 to continue to access your device remotely. My Cloud OS 5 contains critical security updates, and support for it is guaranteed through 2026. If you don’t upgrade your device, you’ll only be able to access it locally. After January 15, 2022, remote access, security updates, and technical support will no longer be provided. Check out our recent My Cloud updates to learn more. 

Now we can confirm Western Digital's decision to remove support for all products with MyCloud OS 3.0 for security reasons
