Wristband MEDION S3500 not charging and stuck

Hello everybody, my wristband S3500 is not charging and stuck on the low battery image :

I've tried to recharge it on the USB-port of my laptop during hours, and even if the red light is on, nothing changes, I can't even turn it off by pressing the tactile button during several seconds.

The only idea I have is to wait until it turns off by a lack of battery and try to recharge it again, to "reset" it.

Does any of you already experienced that problem, is there a trick to restart it ?

you need the MSN number and not the serial number. you should delete them again.

Click on the three dots in the top right of your post and go to edit comment, there you can change your post.

The MSN number has eight digits and should look something like this: MSN 3002XXXX

Where is that Msn number? On the watch itself? I don't have in front of the eyes because in fact it is my mother's watch...

Hello, it seems that my mother trashed the package with the MSN code on the back...but thx for the help!
