Symptoms

My smartphone gets very warm, has a high CPU usage or has a short battery runtime.

Diagnosis

The symptom occurs on smartphones running Android 5.1 and enabled data connections.

Solution

1. Please disconnect all data connections first. Go to the settings and disable WLAN and also the mobile data connections.
2. Then watch the device for at least 30 minutes.

If disabling data connections has no effect, please send the device to the service for verification.
