My device cannot be operated with the infrared remote control, what can I do?
The function of infrared connections requires unrestricted visual contact.
An incorrect angle to the receiving diode on the device, excessive ambient brightness, dirt on the transmitter diode (remote control) or receiving diode (on the device) can restrict the connection.
Check the connection at close range (approx. one meter away) again after cleaning the diodes, aiming directly at the product. Also restart the receiver to prevent a system crash.

Check that the batteries are in the correct position (see the battery compartment diagram) and make sure the batteries have enough power and replace them if necessary.
