Why are inputs via the remote control processed twice by the TV?

Answer

If the remote control is connected to your TV via Bluetooth, a command may be processed twice by the TV (e. g. input 5 is recognised as 55).
This only occurs if the remote control has not been used for some time. A short-term remedy is to disconnect the remote control from the Bluetooth once.
