What can I do if the door of the washer dryer does not open?
Answer
First, make sure that there is no more water in the machine. To do this, set the Pump Down program using the program selector switch. If this does not lead to success, the water must be drained via the emergency drainage or the lint filter.
The door should be released after approx. 4-5 minutes after the machine has been switched off or disconnected from the power supply.
