To get the robotic lawnmower working again, first switch the unit off and then on again. Make sure that the working area is not tilted more than 20° and that the mower is on a flat surface.

  • As an indication, the robotic lawnmower stops and emits 10 short beeps. The alarm is not repeated until the mower is working normally again. First switch off the robotic lawnmower and park it inside the boundary. Next, check that the boundary wire is laid properly. Make sure that the lawn is not longer than 9 cm when you first use it.
  • Perimeter wire interrupted

  • As an indication, the robotic lawnmower stops and emits 10 short beeps. The alarm is not repeated until the mower is working normally again. Switch off the robotic lawnmower and check that the boundary wire is properly laid, undamaged and correctly connected.
  • Motor knife unit blocked

  • The robot does not give an alarm, but the motor blade unit stops and the robotic lawnmower does not continue to work. Switch the appliance off once and remove the blockage. Follow the instructions in the user manual under 'Cleaning and maintenance'.
  • Wheel drive motor blocked

  • The unit does not give an alarm, the lawnmower cuts spirally and then continues to work normally. There is no need for action here.
