How can I set the start time?
- This is how you set the start time for an absent cleaning operation:
- Set the on/off switch to the
ON position.
- Press the
PLAN button on the remote control -> The hour display flashes.
- Set the desired start time (hours/minutes) using the
arrow keys.
- Confirm your entry by pressing the
PLAN button.
- The start time is now set and the LEDs of the control light flash.
⚠️Note⚠️: To deactivate the start time, perform this procedure again and set the start time to 00:00.

How long do I have a warranty on the battery?
- The warranty for rechargeable batteries is 6 months, as these are articles subject to wear and tear. After the warranty period has expired, a new suitable battery can be purchased from the MEDION Service Shop.

How do I change the battery?

- Make sure that the battery is completely discharged when you remove it.
- Switch off your appliance by disconnecting the mains plug from the socket and the mains cable from the device.
- Loosen the two screws on the bottom of the Robot Vacuum Cleaner with a Phillips screwdriver and open the battery compartment.
- Remove the battery pack by pulling the tab. Disconnect the plug of the battery pack from the socket of the unit.
Dispose of the battery pack in an environmentally friendly manner:
Used batteries/rechargeable batteries do not belong in household waste. Batteries must be disposed of properly. For this purpose, appropriate containers are available for disposal at battery retailers and municipal collection points. For further information, please contact your local waste disposal company or your municipal administration.
When changing the battery pack, connect the plug of the battery pack to the socket of the unit. Insert a new battery pack. Only use a battery pack of the same type. Close the battery compartment with the two screws.

The unit only turns in circles. How can I stop it?
- Check the wheels of your robot vacuum cleaner to see if they are blocked and clean the sensors.
Carry out the following steps:
- Turn off the
on/off switch on the side of the unit.
- Open the battery compartment and detach the battery from the unit.
- Press the
start button on the top for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect your device to the battery. Close the cover of the battery.
- Switch the unit on again from the side.
- Then test your device again.
