Hi,
I bought a new Erazer Crawler E40 with MSN 30035770 from amazon. Turn on, some restart after driver/win11 updates, work/play for 5 hours then turn off. Later in the evening I try to turn on but no life signs 😞 When I plug power adapter in wall socket just battery led turn on for almost 15 seconds then it turn off but no power on. Bios when laptop worked every time at restart told me that laptop was in transport mode and if message continue to look in manual.
At first working day I contact Italy Service Center, but they didn't recognize laptop MSN cause its from France, yeah amazon.it sold a french model with french keyboard without specific. Service Center told me they wrote to German Medion Service to understand how proceed, one week ago. Is it possible they still don't reply to Italy Service Center? Is there anything I could try without lose warranty? Just stay sit and wait or directly return to amazon?

Thanks Luke, it's interesting that I should contact French service center.
Yeah It was Amazon fault they sent me French version without write it. They advertised qwerty keyboard so I though it was Italian or at least UK version

French support is actually responsible here, but this probably won't help you much. In this case, I would advise you to contact the seller, i.e. Amazon. Especially if a French model was sent to you without your consent.
