Erazer BEAST X20 MD63925 - liquid metal thermal paste?

Hello everyone!

I have a question for you. What materials are used in this laptop Beast X20 MD63925 on heatsink?

I trying to figure out that can I apply liquid metal for cooling CPU? On GPU i will put normal thermal paste cuz gpu do not have high temps.

But CPU - i tryed a few thermal paste's but i can't get satisfying results. 

CPU section is a little bit different - i mean heat sink that touching CPU ihs looks like made of "aluminium?" On GPU is cooper.

But CPU is surrounded by sponge - that makes me think is protection to  prevent sail away liquid metal to PCB(motherboard)

So. The question is - can i put liquid metal on cpu side cooling?

unfortunately no other user has replied to you yet.

As your device is probably already out of the manufacturer's warranty, you can try the requested solution, but we would advise against it in case of doubt.
