erazer x7853 No audio speaker and mic

HI pepole.

I have a erazer x7853-MD60709  MSN 30023071  with SO Windows 11

I had try one week  to work speeker and mic, installed any kind of release realtek and guide but at this point i dont ave idea to do.

Please help me

Hello @momo85 and welcome
did you look in the device manager?
is there an exclamation mark in the drivers?
Have you tried the original drivers, they are on your D drive

first uninstall the "old" realtek drivers
