XMP and resizable bar?

hello, i just wanted to know if my b560h6-em2 supports xmp and resizable bar, and if so where would i find them in the bios?

The use of XMP profiles is not possible with Medion OEM boards.

the ram speed is 3200 mhz, which is xmp right?

Also how about Above 4G decoding and resizable bar? does the board have those in BIOS?

Also I'm on version 103, do i need to update BIOS to get those options?
