I have a MD 34830 and I recently updated the bios to the one found here (if there is a newer version, please send me a copy). I also did a clean install of Windows11 and noticed it was not activating:
I tried the troubleshoot option and got this:
Gone ahead with "I recently changed hardware on this device" and it asked me for a Microsoft account, which I didn't have. After I made one and went through the steps, it just told me there is no activation code linked to that account (obviously since I never used a Microsoft account, just a local one) and I should buy one.
What can I do now?

Sorry, in English:
I think there is a misunderstanding. In the link from @bogsbinny he gives the link to a laptop thread, but this thread was occupied by another user @AlphaBravo1 within the last two posts 7 and 8.
In the second last post 7 of this laptop thread the other user @AlphaBravo1 asked for a 'bios for the ERAZER Engineer X10 (MD 34830) UK MSN: 1002 4811 (for the same PC MD 34830 as Bogsbinny owns)
For him (AlphaBravo1) and his Erazer Engineer X10 (MD 34830) UK MSN: 1002 4811 @Major_ToM had the appropriate bios linked in post 8 --> Bios 00_bios_ga_b660m_ds3h_ax. zip linked:
I hope I got everything right.
Bye, daddle

Thank you @daddle for clearing that up. I was really confused at how a laptop could have the same motherboard as a desktop pc and have bios code that would run on it. I've just been trying to solve this for so long I am starting to lose track and doubt myself.
@Major_ToM, the bios file I installed is this one: https://cdn.medion.com/downloads/software/00_bios_ga_b660m_ds3h_ax.zip , from this post: https://community.medion.com/t5/ERAZER-Gaming/Updating-BIOS-ERAZER-Crawler-E25-MD-63930-And-RESIZE-B... , as I mentioned at the start of the topic. This is the correct bios for my machine according to the forum post I got it from.

Hi @bogsbinny ,
thanks for the information. But in the end it does not change the fact, that you did not save the Prod key before flashing the unit. If the hints of Fishtown do not work, I unfortunately also don´t have an additional suggestion to recall the key.
Cheers

Hi@Major_ToM ,
Do you know if there's a way for Medion to provide me with another key? Or am I totally screwed and have to buy a Windows license?
