TGP GPU of MEDION ERAZER Deputy P25 (MD 62303) IT

hi guys here in italy we ve just got this version of gaming notebook, but ive not managed to find any useful information about it anywhere.
can u help me understand better its tech spec, in particular the TGP of its 3060 and if the monitor got g-sync or not.
these are the info on the official website in german obviusly, but u can tell there is something wrong with gpu specs (there are no 12gb ram 3060 and 170w its too high)
oh and btw the reseller here claim that cpu is ryzen 5 5600H

thanks for your reply. Just checked the tech specs and unit has in the original settings ex works a TGP of 115W + the option of a Dynamic boost of additional 15W using "Dynamic Boots 2.0".
