I bought it in argos.co.uk new. Allready spoke with Medion, got answer- Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately that is the case, the keyboard is not stocked for sale through our service shop. Which mean whatever stock there is is intended or locked for warranty repairs.
We can submit this for repair for you, however as the fault in question is not covered by warranty, then there will be a cost involved.
To answer your second question, unfortunately there is no substitute products for this, meaning no other PC's from our side was sold or has been sold (yet) with this particular keyboard model.
About damage, yes it has liquid damage. So warranty don't accept my case. I could sent it to medion fix it, even price is ok ( 70-120). But i check Medion service feedback and it isn't good(like peaople are waiting months) , so i am worried. So what i can say- they have spares, but not for sale and there won't be any.

Then you should go for a repair with medion. Look, this here is an userto user forum, so no one here can actually help you.
Second, these informations given by you in your first post would have been quite helpful, for others not to repeat already known issues.

Hi @Dzintars,
I´ve checked the actual facts so far.
There are 42 units on stock (for repairs), the average TAT (turn around time) is about 15 days.
Thus said, a repair should be no problem at all.
As @daddle already mentioned, this is a user2user community, so I will now close this thread
for new entries.
