Greetings everybody,
I work with the mentioned laptop (Medion Erazer P17613 MD61685 MSN: 3002 7680) and I've been very happy with it until today (still optimistic though).
Recently arose the need to show my face in Zoom meetings etc. and so I tried activating the built-in webcam for the first time.
Initially the webcam (Chiconey USB2.0 Webcam) wasn't listed in the Windows 10 device manager (my os: Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2, 19045.2193, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0) but an hour later I turned it on via the related function key ( Fn + F10) and thought that must've been it. All apps list the device now correctly.
Now I am encountering a new challenge that I cannot seem to master without the help of this community.
When I open the Windows-native Camera app, a notification tells me that I have to enable the app to use the webcam in my Windows Privacy settings.
In all the other apps I tried it simply shows a grey screen if the webcam is selected.
Thing is (check the attached screenshots, maybe I am missing something), I have enabled all the settings related to my webcam.
Am I missing s.th. obvious?
I looked all around the web, tried to install new drivers, rebooted, tried different privacy settings for fun and can't make it work.
I hope there is someone who as an idea what to do next and would be thankful for any kind of input.
edit: maybe someone can edit the thread title to something more specific? 🙈 sorry for the oversight

Hey daddle,
thanks for the suggestion.
Yes I've tried that, and the camera is turned on (top left corner notification).
For some reason though, I noticed that when I open the "Camera" app a different! (different font and size than the "Fn key popup") notification automatically pops up in the top left corner and says "Camera off".
I am guessing there is still a option regarding privacy that is not found directly in the main Windows "Camera" submenu?
Cheers, pima
