please can you supply the MSN number of your unit (8 digits found on the sticker underneath) and the current BIOS version.

Have you cheeked the Medion Erazer control centre for settings?

sorry, and the current BIOS version and any reason you need to update the BIOS?

You don't need to update your computer's BIOS or UEFI unless there is a specific feature or bugfix your system requires, or hardware changes. An error while updating your BIOS can brick your PC, rendering it completely inoperable.

Hello @Imran8 and welcome!
To find what you're looking for: Press the Windows key + R
Type msinfo32. Press Enter. There, under "system-sku," you'll find the MSN number: 300xxxxx.
Enter "bios" in the search field. You'll then find: BIOS version/date.
