Laptop turn itself off outside/inside w11 after fan overdrive - Cold whole process

My brothers laptop: "Erazer gaming notebook crawler E10" have the problem that turn itself off in same pattern everytime even if you try to stay in BIOS or anywhere else before W11 ha been booted. It is always the same:

1. You turn the computer on. Works perfect. It is not warm, not slow.

2. About the same time intervall the fan goes into overdrive even though the computer is colder than my hands.

3. Not long after the computer turn off in a blink.

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit:

Had just the time to export the computer information before it turn itself off. System info in a txt document.

I recorded the whole process:

I also monitored the usage on main hardware in the task manager around the time when the fans started to overdrive.

Edit:

1. Power supply overload isnt the problem: Tried to unplug one of the fans. The problem remained. Same pattern. Turned itself off the same way in same time as before. All hardware was cold the whole time.
