How to update the BIOS and firmware on a Erazer Engineer P10 (35007)

I just purchased a Medion Erazer P10 (35007). The first thing I do with a preinstalled PC is to do a clean install of Win10, update and install drivers. I cant seem to find an update tool for the BIOS. The BIOS seems to be delivered by American Megatrends.

Does this PC come with a preinstalled control center software? I forgot to check before I wiped it.

Also, I wanted to update the firmware on the Zotac RTX 3060TI to enable reziable bars. The software from Zotac terminated with a message about this GPU not being one of theirs. A little confused by this as it says Zotac with big letters on the GPU.

the firmware update for our products which use W10 are provided via Firmware update function on device manager.
There should be no Control center preinstalled with your unit, and please find below information on your MB:
