Just want to ask how many nvme slots are there in medion erazer crawler e10 in addition to sata 3 hdd 2.5 inch bay.

Hi @Raheel, welcome to the forum

Usually Medion laptops are coming with 1xM2 slot and 1xSATA (or 2 if the laptop is designed to hold an optical unit).
