Hi @seanbirkhead ,
if your NB is running on W10 you can use the Device manager tool.
Just select the Firmware device, right click on it and select update driver.
If there is a newer BIOS version it will be downloaded and installed.

This is such a silly way to do BIOS updates, just put them on the products download pages for the love of god.
I've got a P15811 that hasn't "automatically" updated it's BIOS through Windows Updates since 2019.
Due to the lack of information, I don't actually know what the latest BIOS version is too.
Such a poor process that leaves even IT people scratching their heads.

I agree.
My BIOS also does not appear to have been updated by Windows update.
I am unlikely to buy another Medion product in the future if I can't ensure it is going to stay current with the latest security updates or bug fixes for the BIOS.

Yeah because windows auto update works so well right? Im getting crashes on my PC for the past Year, and I cant even update my BIOS because there is no way to find any Drivers to download for Medion. This is a trash solution that doesnt even work. Windows auto update keeps telling me I have the latest Driver installed, even tho its from 2019. The whole thing about relying on Windows update because you cant be bothered to do it yourself is pathetic. I will definitely not buy anything from Medion again. nor reccomend it to anyone.

why support team from medion don't add the last known bios to the download page. i have setup unofficial bios from clevo. but I want to back up to medion own bios. please just add the f* bios file to the download page.
