Erazer p25 deputy production issues?

hi, recently bought an erazer p25 deputy, decent specs, good price from overclockers UK who have been great tbf. But first one ran fine for a couple of days but then started crashing back to boot screen every time I loaded a game - sent back for a replacement, which worked great but after about a week the power button completely stopped working. Can still turn it on if plugged in because it turns on in that state when the lid is lifted but no action from the power button is recognised. I'm sending back for a replacement but I don't know whether it's time to give up on medion as a brand or whether I've just been incredibly unlucky. The laptop runs great, when it runs. Anyone else having issues with these laptops?
