Erazer X6603 does not turn on

Hi all,

my Erazer X6603 no longer turns on.

I believe i left it unplugged and fully drained the battery.

It will no longer turn on; there is no charger light near the power cable input and it does not boot up.

the battery is integrated so i cant do the usual trick of removing power cable and battery and holding down the on button for 30 seconds etc.

is there anything i can do to fix this myself?

Hi @GrunTed and welcome to the FORUM!

It may not be the battery. Have you tried a different power supply and/or a different energy socket?

If it does not solve the problem, then it would be a good idea to buy another battery.

Medion sells them at the spare parts website here and it accepts returns.

thanks for the reply.

The laptop is currently at a computer repair shop.

They have checked the power supply and socket and they are working.

I'll report back here once they have found the problem.
