Erazer P6689 <F2> does not access UEFI/BIOS

I received a new Laptop yesterday. I accessed the UEFI/BIOS via the <F2> key and turned OFF Secure Boot. I then updated Windows 10 which took several hours.

Now, I cannot access the UEFI/BIOS. The laptop jumps straight to Windows.

I have tried <F2>, <F8>, <F12> and <Del>.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found a solution.

I wanted to boot Linux Mint from a USB stick.

Insert the USB stick.

In Windows 10, type 'Advanced start-up' in the search window.

Go to 'Restart now'.

Select 'Use a device'.

Select 'EFI USB Drive'.

You will go into the EFI/BIOS.

Adjust the boot order to place the USB stick first.

Save settings and reboot.

This is one possibility. Second anf faster is to modify the way you switch your Computer off.

If you press and hold down the shift-key while you shut off your computer afterwards the F2 key will function.

If your choice is New Start, then you have to press the F2-key immediately after the screen gets dark, it then wll also boot to the UEFI settings.

And you do not have to go to the UEFI settings to make a selection from which boot-medium you want to boot

Just press immediately after pressing the Start/Button the F10 key, (on some PCs it is the F8 or F12 key), and the UEFI-Boot-Manager will appear on the screen only, inviting you to make your choice.

It could be misunderstood. It was a bit misleading, as I put it.

What I meant was to  switch the Computer on with the On/Off switch while holdíng the F10 key pressed down (on some PCs it is the F8 or F12 key), and the UEFI-Boot-Manager will appear on the screen only, inviting you to make your choice.
