with Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB DDR6 + 2x8 GB SDRAM DDR4 3200MHz

I need :

- Motherboard spec, layout, diagram & Jumpers
- Software can handle all LEDs on system :(Front panel, fans LEDs on CPU, 2 cooling fans, on Zotac graphics card)
