Hi @abder 

you can try to update your Bios version to  V 1.07.05 RME1 using this download, but I have to remind you about the MEDION disclaimer, that in case of any errors, caused by the execution of this update, we don´ t accept any responsibility for damage or lost of data.

Unfortunately I have no approrpiate sample in hand to check, wether the device has USB support in BIOS or not.

Hi @abder ,

I suppose the extracted file FlashWinX64.bat to be run as administrator by rightclicking it and chose the appropriate option from the context menue.

why medion has no bios support like drivers downloading ?
